With over 30 years of experience, he led daily operations, built the processes, programs, and tools to enable teams to function more efficiently while maintaining an awesome work culture.
Sruthi is a passionate trainer, developer and innovator. She has been since founding and for the past 16 years she spent nurturing young engineers, building and leading high performing teams to solve complex problems. Her work is grounded in the passion for building products that feel intuitive and empowering. Sought out for her refined visual eye, creative direction and deep empathy for the team, she makes an incredibly seasoned Project Manager. She oversaw technical design, built critical infrastructure, and led the teams for numerous industry defining features across all platforms.
Sujatha has spent her career driving talent strategies behind some of the most recognized software products. She has worked with various VCs, Startups, and individuals as an advisor and coach before joining Nyros. Sujatha loves tackling challenges at scale — she was responsible for coordinating and planning organizational events, both off-site and in-house.
